Mark Rideout, 26, Shippensburg, was cited for disorderly conduct Saturday after refusing to turn down his car stereo.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle, Rideout was playing the radio in his car at a loud level at 1:20 a.m., near 110 Britton Road. When police confronted him about the music, police said Rideout became abusive toward the officers. (Case No. H02-1510848)
