Music leads to pot bust

Citrus Heights police stopped to talk to Joshua

Allen Lund, 26, about the loud music booming from the sound system of his

car near Convair Way and Navion Drive about 6:30 p.m. March 21.

Police took closer interest when they noticed the aroma | of what they

suspected was marijuana smoke coming from the car.

Further investigation revealed that Lund was on parole. A search of the car

turned up about 297 grams of suspected marijuana, 40 vials of suspected

hashish, two weight scales, several cell phones and about $1,000 in cash.

Lund was arrested on suspicion of possessing and transporting drugs for

sale.
