Dear Officials:

 

The noise and/or vibration levels of these boom cars has become overwhelming.  I can't believe they are allowed to drive around and invade our places of business, our homes, and -- by the feel of it -- our physical bodies.  My head doesn't feel "ok" when I have to be around these cars.  Please help do something.  Thank you.
