I agree with the points you have made. Where I live in central Ohio we also
have another growing noise problem that deals with extra loud motorcycle
exhaust. Most of the bikes appear to have no muffler at all which I am sure
is against the law on its own. We have noise ordinances here in my community
but that does not seem to deter them. We will also have another noise as
well as safety problem coming up soon and that is fireworks. I used to look
forward to the 4th of July, now I am just glad when it is over so we can
finally escape the 2 week bombardment that seems to steadily grow worse each
year. I have considered putting up my own site in hopes of collecting
support e-mails that we could take to our local officials in hopes of some
relief from the many noise issues. Good luck in your fight there are many of
us out here who support the anti noise issues.
